White opals are particularly difficult to capture its real internal beauty so to instil buyers confidence we offer a 3 days grace period on receipt ( providing the gemstone is sent back unaltered & in its original shipping package ) of our loose gemstones so if you are dissatisfied with the gemstone you purchase then email us for a return , shipping costs either way are not refundable .
